When Are Payments Due? 

2019 Dues and/or MLS Fees renewal payments are due Monday, January 7, 2019. Please pay on time to avoid a $50 late fee and possible interruption in services.


“BIMONTHLY from January to May” Option:

·         New Extended dues dates: Remaining monthly payments are due by Mar 7 and May 7.

·         Each installment invoice has its own due date, invoices are not interchangeable.

·         Please don’t pay installment invoices in the wrong order to attempt to pay less. Your account will be penalized in January if the first installment invoice is still showing unpaid--regardless of other invoices you may have paid.

·         We will send email reminders for each installment. We suggest that you set reminders on your calendar or sign up for automatic payments (details below).


Payment Options

Your entire annual statement is divided into three invoices. We eliminated the July MLS invoicing! You have two payment options:

1.      Pay in full. Pay it all at once, at the beginning of the year or earlier. If you pay in full online in December, you will be entered into a drawing for free dues! We  recommend this option.

2.      Pay bimonthly. Pay every other month for the first 5 months between January and May.


How Do I Pay?

We accept AMEX, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Check, Telecheck (online only), and cash.  You can pay:

As a Designated REALTOR® (usually the Broker), What Do I Need to Know?

We are working on adding the non-member assessment to your annual dues. As the designated REALTOR of your office, your annual dues will soon include the non-member assessment. Full payment of the assessment is required to maintain your REALTOR® membership and the REALTOR® status of all agents in your office. Unpaid agents affiliated with your office will each trigger an additional 2019 assessment of $454. You can require them to pay their renewal invoice, you can remove them from your license or pay the fee for each of them.
