I am pleased to introduce a service called MongoFAX that allows agents to fax all paper-based documents from any ordinary fax machines to any email address in the world.

            Instructions:

To use MongoFAX, all you do is replace your existing fax cover page with the attached MongoFAX “Email Cover Page.”  Simply type the email addresses into the cover sheet on your computer, print and fax the cover page along with your paper documents to the MongoFAX toll-free number located on the bottom of the cover page.  All of your paper documents will instantly be delivered as a digital file to your specified email addresses. You can also send documents to yourself to forward later!

3.  OPEN the Email Cover Page™ in Adobe Acrobat Reader 5.0 or higher

4.  TYPE email addresses in the TO/CC/FROM fields in the Email Cover Page™

5.  PRINT the Email Cover Page™

6.  FAX only to dedicated MongoFAX number indicated on Email Cover Page™

Just send the information to yourself and save it.  Now, instead of having cabinets full of old contracts and reports, just store them onto a CD.  Some agents are even designing these CD’s with their contact information to leave that lasting impression for future referrals.

Send your documents to all your recipients at once:

Instead of faxing the same document to ten different people ten times, save time and effort by sending it to everyone at once. 

Staying In Control of your Transactions:

Ever had to call your Office Administrator to see if they could dig up that Disclosure Report? Wondered whether they were too busy to give it the attention you might have?
